PROGRAMMING WINS
Community was the winner – with highlight spots each day – did you catch these shows in the Town Hall?
FRIDAY NIGHT – Archer and the Creswick Brass Band – an incredible match of local troubadour with local community band. A marriage made in music heaven.
SATURDAY NIGHT – The Haas Sisters with string players from Ballarat Symphony, Ballarat Grammar and Melbourne and Adelaide Scottish Fiddle Clubs – sublime swelling stringy sounds filled the Town Hall.
SUNDAY AFTERNOON – The Big Sing featuring our festival choir with Uncle Frank Yamma, Kavisha Mazzella, Makepisi and Fiona Boyes. Astounding – not a dry eye in the house when a hundred voices raised the roof!

This was our dream realised, of enabling quality collabs between professional and community players.
